Yeast infaction ( symptoms and treatments )
yeast infection:-
Yeast infection is a fungal infection. The main reason is that the patient's immunity is low, resulting in imbalance of bacterial flora in the body. Its symptoms are itching, burning pain and increased secretion.
What are ways I can prevent a yeast infection?
It is very difficult to deal with yeast infection, it is just something 75% of women have to deal with at some point in their lifetime, some will get it twice or even more times. It is normal, it’s part of our bodies. However there are some ways you can help prevent it. I’ve had to deal with it a couple of times especially when I was prescribed antibiotics. It really messed me up, it would make my yeast infection go away for a couple of days and come back twice or three times stronger.
So if there is a check list we need to make prevent yeast infection my first and more important point would be: Stay Away From Antibiotics!
Also thinking about antibiotics reminds me of the one thing and only thing I have been using for the past year which makes me feel healthy down there, smell great and really really feel refreshed which is Feminiva! I did a ton of research and found this product and it is literally the only thing that literally took my yeast infections away and keeps my pH balanced. I suggest you using one Feminiva suppository down there per week, this will keep you really fresh and you will notice the improvement on your vaginal health. It’s amazing! You can find Feminiva on Amazon.com, it’s very worth it!
So the next steps you don’t really need to worry that much if you use Feminiva, because it really gives you that next level of protection, but in case you don’t use Feminiva or if you do use Feminiva but still want to be extra healthy, I suggest definitely never douche! Douche messes up your flora and your pH and that leads to yeast infection so stay away.
Other things that really messes up your pH and could potentially lead to yeast infections which you should stay away are:
Tight Underwear or undies that are not breathable (cotton undies are the best, don’t hold heat or moisture)
Clothes that are too snug (jeans, skirts, underwear, yoga pants, tights, pantyhose, etc) could increase your body temperature around your private area and sweat and the moisture could leave to the bacteria build up causing yeast infections
So if head and sweat is bad for you, make sure to try as hard as you can to Change Out Of Wet Clothes, guys wet clothes are bad, as bad as yoga pants and etc. So if you go to the pool or swim and you are wearing bathing suit or if you went to a yoga class you are sweaty, do not sit because you will complicate the situation even more. So try to always change and don’t stay in wet clothes for too long.
Scented Feminine Products most of these products that are scented have chemicals and they could affect your pH in a bad way, so stay away from those. I’m talking about vaginal deodorants, scented pads and tampons, soaps. Oh something also that is bad is bubble baths.
And since we are talking about bubble baths, let’s remember that if you are in a bathtub and you wash your hair or put on some special salt, your entire body will be in contact with not only what you put in the tub but also the bacterias that were there before. And yes I am talking about your private parts and that will get in contact with all that. Remember we are trying to keep our pH balanced, so my other suggestion is Stay Away From Bathtubs and Hot Tubs. Especially because hot tubs or warm tubs will never do any good to your privates.
And the other to complete this dos and don’ts list, we cannot forget to Never Wipe From The Back to The Front you don’t want to bring the extra bacteria, so always wipe from the front to the back. I know it’s weird to talk about it, but it’s very important. Some other thing that is very important is Always Change Your Tampons and Panty Liners so make sure to always bring an extra one wherever you go and keep things fresh down there.
I think this completes the list, of course there are some other stuff you could do to prevent it like changing your diet and etc (check out Candida Diet in case you are interested). But I think I pointed out all the important stuff.
Yeast Infections really messed up a part of my life and I was even depressed because of the yeast infections I would keep getting, before I found out about Feminiva and all of its benefits I did different diets, I tried to put apple cider down there, garlic, like all the natural stuff people say you can try, I tried all of them and they just never work. It was a tough experience for me but I learned a lot. So in case you need someone to talk to you can always reach out to me. I love to help other women, I love to put the word out there. You don’t have to be embarrassed, you don’t need to fear, don’t overthink!! It’s your body, take control over it! I hope it helps and don’t forget ❤️ You Can Do This!
